Instructions for student
If your Computed marks in PGAT is within the merit published by the department, then you are eligible to register via Step–1: Register yourself.
If your total marks in PGAT is less than the merit published by the department, you will not be able to register in Step–1. You will se a message: please wait for next cutoff.The cutoff can be checked regularly at http://ecounselling.in/notice.html
After registering yourself, go to Step–2 where you can login by using PGAT roll number as user id and date of birth in ddmmyyyy format as password. In Step–2 you will be asked to fill your educational details and upload the required documents. Once you upload all the documents, do not forget to click on update documents at the bottom of the page. In the status tab, you can see all the documents successfully uploaded by you.
After you have successfully uploaded all the required documents, the coordinator of department for which you are interested will verify the documents. If all documents are correctly uploaded by you, then you can see a green tick in document verification status.
Only after verification by the coordinator, you need to go to Step – 3 to pay the fees and secure your seat in the department. Remember to put / in date of birth for e.g., dd/mm/yyyy. If, however, your documents are not properly uploaded or incompletely filled, you will be asked to again upload the required document/s. In the status tab of your dashboard, you can see all the documents uploaded by you and below that there are some remarks by coordinator. You will only be able to pay the fees in step -3 once all your documents are verified by the coordinator.
